• Return Window: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exclusions: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Please use a trackable courier service and retain proof of postage.
• Katyuri Kingdom is not liable for items lost in transit without valid tracking.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.
• If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or request a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
